UMAMI by Han Maastricht opened in 2012 and is located in a stately building, a stone’s throw from the station, in the lively Stationsstraat. The sleek, dark interior with Asian elements is already visible through the large windows. The restaurant is one meter above street level and can be entered via a number of steps.
